Delivery Costs:
Standard UK Delivery takes 3-5 working days. Next Day orders must be placed before midday for delivery the following working day. If a Next Day order is placed after midday on a Friday, or over a weekend, delivery will take place the following Tuesday. Named day delivery can be placed up to 2 weeks in the future.

Returns:
You can return items to us within 14 working days of receipt. All we ask is that you return the goods in all their original packaging and condition, including the outer box and in a re sell-able condition. We are not able to issue refunds for goods that are not returned in a re sell-able condition. Please note, returns charges may be applicable dependent on the item(s) you are returning. You can physically cut the doormats to size, however it is not advisable as some of the fibres may become unttached and shed and the mat may look untidy along the cut. In addition, any changes to the product's original condition would make that item non-returnable.
You can physically cut our doormats to size, however we would not recommend doing so, as it might result in an uneven edge/shedding of coir. Any modifications to the items would also make them non-returnable.
The doormat is for indoor use only.
From the top of the mat to the edge of the star is 13cm and from the side of the mat to the edge of the star is 5cm.

Fab service. Great range of beautiful things that have made life more organised and have maintained my sanity for WFH. I normally don't get the chance to organise the inside of the house because out at work. Has been lovely to gradually work round the place and sort things out.
