We have reduced our Garden Trading team following government guidelines and so deliveries are taking a little longer than normal. Delivery Costs:
Standard UK Delivery takes 3-5 working days. Next Day orders must be placed before midday for delivery the following working day. If a Next Day order is placed after midday on a Friday, or over a weekend, delivery will take place the following Tuesday. Named day delivery can be placed up to 2 weeks in the future.
Pre-order items will be delivered on the date specified at the time of ordering. Pre-order dates are subject to change, for an updated date of arrival please contact our customer services team directly.

Returns:
You can return items to us within 14 working days of receipt. All we ask is that you return the goods in all their original packaging and condition, including the outer box and in a re sell-able condition. We are not able to issue refunds for goods that are not returned in a re sell-able condition. Please note, returns charges may be applicable dependent on the item(s) you are returning. The size of the gap that the logs rest over is 21cm. This applies to both the small and the large log holder. So a 23cm log should be just right.

Product LOHO01: This log holder has no base and so your logs need to be bigger than the base otherwise they fall out. I didn't think of this when I bought it as my last log holder had a solid base. We have a small log burner and so we buy small logs . If you buy large logs you will be ok . I had to find something suitable to put in the base which isn't easy.

Product LOHO02: The star of my purchases. Just what I wanted. It holds enough logs to reduce my out door treks to refill the old basket! It fits my hearth well (although my hearth is quite small) and is very stable. I pondered over the size of the log holder but I did in the end choose the bigger one. The dimensions given on the website were a great help.

Product LOHO02: Love this log holder but............. it is not very good for the smaller (in length) logs. I believe it should have a third bar going through the middle to stop logs falling through. In the meantime i have put the larger logs at the bottom with a proviso that i cannot use them as I have them there to balance the smaller logs. Otherwise a great product and looks good.
