Delivery Costs:
Standard UK Delivery takes 3-5 working days. Next Day orders must be placed before midday for delivery the following working day. If a Next Day order is placed after midday on a Friday, or over a weekend, delivery will take place the following Tuesday. Named day delivery can be placed up to 2 weeks in the future.
Pre-order items will be delivered on the date specified at the time of ordering. Pre-order dates are subject to change, for an updated date of arrival please contact our customer services team directly.

Returns:
You have 28 days from the date of receipt to return your goods to us. All we ask is that you return the goods in all their original packaging and condition, including the outer box and in a re sell-able condition. We are not able to issue refunds for goods that are not returned in a re sell-able condition. Please note, returns charges may be applicable dependent on the item(s) you are returning. Safety matches require red phosphorous on the striking surface in order to be lit and are unfortunately not possible to ignite on the surface of our match boxes. "Strike anywhere" matches have red phosphorous on their tips and can be lit with frictin from any surface, so it would be possible to light those type of matches on the side of the match box.
However, please note that repetitive strikes against the powder coated finish may result in damage to the surface of the box.

Service: I was thrilled with the speed of delivery and the courier was polite as delivered two parcels. THE PACKAGING WAS EXCELLENT and I passed the bubble wrap onto a local charity shop for their use. Items were carefully wrapped and in good order. Certainly will use the company again.

Product MBCO02: Looks really nice and going to give one of the two as a Christmas present to someone. Only criticism is that the lid is quite flimsy i.e. doesn't sit completely flush with base unless you wiggle it a bit!
