Delivery Costs:
Standard UK Delivery takes 3-5 working days. Next Day orders must be placed before midday for delivery the following working day. If a Next Day order is placed after midday on a Friday, or over a weekend, delivery will take place the following Tuesday. Named day delivery can be placed up to 2 weeks in the future.

Returns:
To support our customers who are self-isolating, we have extended our returns period to 60 days. All we ask is that you return the goods in all their original packaging and condition, including the outer box and in a re sell-able condition. Nice looking fire bucket, but when the handle is in the upright carrying position it rubs against the lid, which is a bit irritating.
They need to either bend the metal wire of the handle wider where it joins the bucket so it misses the lid altogether (as it’s supposed to) or make the diameter of the lid very slightly smaller.
Service: Service was perfectly efficient but product itself needs a design tweak.

Service: It was easy to place the order and the goods arrived quickly, but I felt the packaging was inadequate for the item. Where the handle was in contact with the bucket it has left a small mark. It would have been better if there had been some protection around the handle.
