When we say our Melcombe Peg Rails can be used for just about anything we’re not kidding. Coats. Scarves. Backpacks. Aprons. Even, a dog lead or two. In the hallway, beside the back door or in the utility room – it’s your choice.
Delivery Costs:
Standard UK Delivery takes 3-5 working days. Next Day orders must be placed before midday for delivery the following working day. If a Next Day order is placed after midday on a Friday, or over a weekend, delivery will take place the following Tuesday. Named day delivery can be placed up to 2 weeks in the future.
Pre-order items will be delivered on the date specified at the time of ordering. Pre-order dates are subject to change, for an updated date of arrival please contact our customer services team directly.

Returns:
To support our customers who are self-isolating, we have extended our returns period to 60 days. All we ask is that you return the goods in all their original packaging and condition, including the outer box and in a re sell-able condition. We are not able to issue refunds for goods that are not returned in a re sell-able condition. Please note, returns charges may be applicable dependent on the item(s) you are returning. Service: The item arrived damaged at the corners but it was easy enough to email customer service and they sent me out a replacement. Beside the damaged, I liked the design and style enough to purchase a second one which also arrived with the replacement. Looks great in our hallway and was easy to install. Thanks Garden Trading!
