Delivery Costs:
Standard UK Delivery takes 3-5 working days. Next Day orders must be placed before midday for delivery the following working day. If a Next Day order is placed after midday on a Friday, or over a weekend, delivery will take place the following Tuesday. Named day delivery can be placed up to 2 weeks in the future.
Pre-order items will be delivered on the date specified at the time of ordering. Pre-order dates are subject to change, for an updated date of arrival please contact our customer services team directly.

Returns:
To support our customers who are self-isolating, we have extended our returns period to 60 days. All we ask is that you return the goods in all their original packaging and condition, including the outer box and in a re sell-able condition. We are not able to issue refunds for goods that are not returned in a re sell-able condition. Please note, returns charges may be applicable dependent on the item(s) you are returning. The small box takes about 20 litres and the large box approximately 35 litres of soil.
The Vence window boxes are crafted in Zinc plated Steel, a material designed to resist rusting. However over long periods of time and continuous exposure to water and soil, the metal will age and react to its' surroundings, and some rust might appear. To prolong the product's life we would advise using a liner.

Product PLRI05: We followed the instructions for the use of these troughs and put all the plants in pots inside the troughs but they have rusted very badly to the extent that we will now have to get rid of them because they look dreadful outside our house. Having spent about £300 buying seven of these troughs we are very, very disappointed with the product and would advise anyone else not to buy these.

Product PLRI04: Lovely item, like the matt finish, looks great with three pots of chives in it. Good to know that you can bore holes for drainage.

Product PLRI05: I liked the lightweight design, not using plastic. As I intend to use this outdoors I needed to make holes at the base, because of the material I also needed to line it (with inside out compost bags). I now need to see how it weathers a summer outside.
