Chunky and square set in design the Boxgrove Planter offers a classic way to display plants and small trees outdoors. Crafted from durable and strong Fibre Clay in an off-black and available in two sizes, they are extremely hardwearing and able to withstand temperatures between -20 and +40 degrees.
Reminiscent of heavy lead planters and fully weatherproof, each piece comes with a central drainage hole and rolled top for that finishing touch. We think they'd look striking positioned either side of a front door for a grand welcome.
Delivery Costs:
Standard UK Delivery takes 3-5 working days. Next Day orders must be placed before midday for delivery the following working day. If a Next Day order is placed after midday on a Friday, or over a weekend, delivery will take place the following Tuesday. Named day delivery can be placed up to 2 weeks in the future.
Pre-order items will be delivered on the date specified at the time of ordering. Pre-order dates are subject to change, for an updated date of arrival please contact our customer services team directly.

Returns:
To support our customers who are self-isolating, we have extended our returns period to 60 days. All we ask is that you return the goods in all their original packaging and condition, including the outer box and in a re sell-able condition. We are not able to issue refunds for goods that are not returned in a re sell-able condition. Please note, returns charges may be applicable dependent on the item(s) you are returning. Product BGPL01S: This is the 3rd Boxgrove planter that we have bought- guess that says it all.
Service: Lovely planter delivered in good time. Only slight annoyance was that it had a scratch on 1 side which, given the current situation we decided to keep. In normal times we would have returned it.
Product BGPL01L: Really nice pot. It looks great in real life just as it is pictured on the web. The packaging was good too, so it came in one peace.

Service: Service awful. The carrier, DPD notified a date at the last minute, but no time slot. They didn't deliver that day or the next. When I contacted them they were abrupt and unhelpful and kept saying it was in the depot. Only when I pushed did they admit it was lost and said it was nothing to do with them and I should contact Garden Trading. Turned out they had left it at an address in Eastbourne. I only got it because the kind people who found it on their doorstep delivered it to me. GT were investigating when it turned up. They were apologetic and helpful

Bistro table & chairs - very comfortable chairs ( with a cushion ) - bit of spring in the backrest which is great !

Service: The planters arrived quickly, in excellent condition and look as good as we hoped framing our front door perfectly. I have marked down one star possibly unfairly as this is due to the packaging which was substantial and I felt guilty having no other recourse than to throw a huge amount of foam padding into the local skip. I would of course not wanted the planters to have broken en route so maybe this is essential but in general terms there must be a better way found...
Product BGPL01L: Just as I expected apart from a few chips but hope they will not be noticeable after planting.
Service: Excellent notifications of delivery time, almost to the minute. The fibre clay pots were extremely well packed, courier Kev very pleasant. The only point to mention is the pots have or three small. On the whole service very good.
