Delivery Costs:
Standard UK Delivery takes 3-5 working days. Next Day orders must be placed before midday for delivery the following working day. If a Next Day order is placed after midday on a Friday, or over a weekend, delivery will take place the following Tuesday. Named day delivery can be placed up to 2 weeks in the future.

Returns:
You can return items to us within 14 working days of receipt. All we ask is that you return the goods in all their original packaging and condition, including the outer box and in a re sell-able condition. We are not able to issue refunds for goods that are not returned in a re sell-able condition. Please note, returns charges may be applicable dependent on the item(s) you are returning. No, you can use any of out outdoor lights indoors.
You can find the replacement glass shades on our website by either searching for the word 'Swan' or by the code 'LAGL008'.
The head of the lamp is slightly angled.
We are not aware of a Standard Adaptor that would fit, but there may be the possibility of having one made.
The glass shade sits 20.5cm from the wall.

Product LAHP01: We love the look of these lamps and hopefully the galvanized steel will cope well with our coastal location. However, installing them was a real fiddle. It is not clear in the instructions that the base plate needs to be a certain way up or else the screws are compromised. Then the screws that attach the lamp to the base plate are barely long enough to be able to attach the nut. We needed to stuff blutack in behind them so that they stuck out enough to get the nuts on.
Service: I can not fault Garden Trading’s customer service. One of the lamps we ordered was found to be damaged when we unpacked it. A replacement item was dispatched to us within hours with no quibble. The lady I spoke to was very friendly and helpful.
