Delivery Costs:
Standard UK Delivery takes 3-5 working days. Next Day orders must be placed before midday for delivery the following working day. If a Next Day order is placed after midday on a Friday, or over a weekend, delivery will take place the following Tuesday. Named day delivery can be placed up to 2 weeks in the future.
Pre-order items will be delivered on the date specified at the time of ordering. Pre-order dates are subject to change, for an updated date of arrival please contact our customer services team directly.

Returns:
To support our customers who are self-isolating, we have extended our returns period to 60 days. All we ask is that you return the goods in all their original packaging and condition, including the outer box and in a re sell-able condition. No, you can use any of out outdoor lights indoors.
You can find the replacement glass shades on our website by either searching for the word 'Swan' or by the code 'LAGL008'.
The head of the lamp is slightly angled.
We are not aware of a Standard Adaptor that would fit, but there may be the possibility of having one made.
The glass shade sits 20.5cm from the wall.

Product LAHP01: We love the look of these lamps and hopefully the galvanized steel will cope well with our coastal location. However, installing them was a real fiddle. It is not clear in the instructions that the base plate needs to be a certain way up or else the screws are compromised. Then the screws that attach the lamp to the base plate are barely long enough to be able to attach the nut. We needed to stuff blutack in behind them so that they stuck out enough to get the nuts on.
Service: I can not fault Garden Trading’s customer service. One of the lamps we ordered was found to be damaged when we unpacked it. A replacement item was dispatched to us within hours with no quibble. The lady I spoke to was very friendly and helpful.

Product LACN02: These lights are beautifully made and very elegant. We've used them for patio lighting. The only reason I've not given them 5 stars was that they could really do with a deeper mounting base to make it a bit easier if the wiring has to be external. In the end I mounted them on 25mm spacer blocks into which the conduit could be fitted. Other than that, they are perfect!
