Delivery Costs:
Standard UK Delivery takes 3-5 working days. Next Day orders must be placed before midday for delivery the following working day. If a Next Day order is placed after midday on a Friday, or over a weekend, delivery will take place the following Tuesday. Named day delivery can be placed up to 2 weeks in the future.
Pre-order items will be delivered on the date specified at the time of ordering. Pre-order dates are subject to change, for an updated date of arrival please contact our customer services team directly.

Returns:
To support our customers who are self-isolating, we have extended our returns period to 60 days. All we ask is that you return the goods in all their original packaging and condition, including the outer box and in a re sell-able condition. We are not able to issue refunds for goods that are not returned in a re sell-able condition. Please note, returns charges may be applicable dependent on the item(s) you are returning. We do not stock motion sensors, but you should be able to get one from most lighting/DIY stores.
We do sell replacement glass shades for our Belfast Lights. You should be able to find them by either searching on website for the word 'Belfast' or typing in the item-specific code 'LAGL003'.
I am afraid we do not sell a Post Box in our Coffee Bean colourway.
The main body of the light is crafted out of powder coated steel and is weatherproof. The construction of the whole light is IP44 rated.
The back plate unscrews.
The Belfast Light is only available in the Charcoal finish.

It all happened quickly and efficiently and the lights arrived last week beautifully packed. They are now in position, work perfectly and look great.

Product LACO08: The Belfast lights are not charcoal as stated but a pale grey, like are a "battle ship grey" colour. They also state they are "splash proof" - slightly odd when they are outside lights for the UK. Also big difficulty fitting them as there is very little space for the wiring.

Product LABC05: Wanted a light that suited a newish cottage style house in mainly stone conservation area, the Belfast was perfect shinning the light downwards. Was too sure I'd chosen the right colour but love it.
