Delivery Costs:
Standard UK Delivery takes 3-5 working days. Next Day orders must be placed before midday for delivery the following working day. If a Next Day order is placed after midday on a Friday, or over a weekend, delivery will take place the following Tuesday. Named day delivery can be placed up to 2 weeks in the future.

To support our customers who are self-isolating, we have extended our returns period to 60 days. All we ask is that you return the goods in all their original packaging and condition, including the outer box and in a re sell-able condition. Service: The product description was misleading. Throughout the website listing the product is described as 'all weather bamboo' however, it is actually a synthetic plastic polymer, made to look like bamboo. While nice, it isn't what was advertised and not what I thought I was getting. Based on the product description I thought I was buying natural bamboo which was treated to make it suitable for outdoor use, in the same way wood and other natural products are treated for outdoor use. Had I know this was a synthetic material, or 'bamboo effect' furniture, I would not have purchased it. I believe have redress with the retailer for misleading advertising under the consumer protection act via the competition and consumer protection commission (CCPC)

Over all the service was good.
Slightly confusing information about delivery. I got an e-mail telling me the items had been despatched before I had agreed a delivery time. It turned out this meant despatched to the courier service not to me. A phone call quickly clarified the matter.
Also packaging was damaged on arrival (bench leg sticking out of the box!). No damage to goods, but probably down to luck and good care by the couriers who reported that the packaging was damaged when they collected.
