Delivery Costs:
Standard UK Delivery takes 3-5 working days. Next Day orders must be placed before midday for delivery the following working day. If a Next Day order is placed after midday on a Friday, or over a weekend, delivery will take place the following Tuesday. Named day delivery can be placed up to 2 weeks in the future.
Pre-order items will be delivered on the date specified at the time of ordering. Pre-order dates are subject to change, for an updated date of arrival please contact our customer services team directly.

Returns:
To support our customers who are self-isolating, we have extended our returns period to 60 days. All we ask is that you return the goods in all their original packaging and condition, including the outer box and in a re sell-able condition. We are not able to issue refunds for goods that are not returned in a re sell-able condition. Please note, returns charges may be applicable dependent on the item(s) you are returning. You would need to have the key copied at a cobblers.
In the third picture you can see the top of the postbox unlocks and you can remove the post through the top.
This post box can hold A4 size post but would not be large enough for A3.

Product PBCO01: The post box arrived damaged. It was very well bubble wrapped inside the cardboard box, and although the cardboard was tatty I think the damage had occurred prior to delivery. There was a "fold" like dent in the very thin metal of the lid and underneath where the lock is located which meant the lock didn't work well unless you pushed it in! I believe in a very short space of time this would render the mailbox useless. Shame as it is a nice looking box that goes well with the outside of my house. Perhaps it should be made of a sturdier material in future.
