Delivery Costs:
Standard UK Delivery takes 7-10 working days. Next Day orders must be placed before midday for delivery the following working day. If a Next Day order is placed after midday on a Friday, or over a weekend, delivery will take place the following Tuesday. Named day delivery can be placed up to 2 weeks in the future.
Pre-order items will be delivered on the date specified at the time of ordering. Pre-order dates are subject to change, for an updated date of arrival please contact our customer services team directly.

Returns:
To support our customers who are self-isolating, we have extended our returns period to 60 days. All we ask is that you return the goods in all their original packaging and condition, including the outer box and in a re sell-able condition. We are not able to issue refunds for goods that are not returned in a re sell-able condition. Please note, returns charges may be applicable dependent on the item(s) you are returning. Service: Excellent product. Delivery complications took one star off. Tried to get item delivered directly from Newport to Ventnor but that didn't work. Then delivery arranged for a Friday but then delayed by 3 or 4 days..
Product BCBE03: Nice quality and very easy to assemble. It comes in two parts that you slot together, very simple, and easy to store. Low to the ground, as expected. It is slightly smaller than I'd hoped - it is not quite tall enough to rest your head back. On the plus side is its very transportable!
