Delivery Costs:
Standard UK Delivery takes 3-5 working days. Next Day orders must be placed before midday for delivery the following working day. If a Next Day order is placed after midday on a Friday, or over a weekend, delivery will take place the following Tuesday. Named day delivery can be placed up to 2 weeks in the future.
Pre-order items will be delivered on the date specified at the time of ordering. Pre-order dates are subject to change, for an updated date of arrival please contact our customer services team directly.

Returns:
To support our customers who are self-isolating, we have extended our returns period to 60 days. All we ask is that you return the goods in all their original packaging and condition, including the outer box and in a re sell-able condition. We are not able to issue refunds for goods that are not returned in a re sell-able condition. Please note, returns charges may be applicable dependent on the item(s) you are returning. Product BCBE02: Amazing design. I'm in love with this chair. It's like a spider that unfolds with a simple pull. Light to carry and superbly comfortable. Plus, the cover is removable for washing. I love it. Roomy and cosy.

Product BCBE02: The frames are rather flimsy. I’m worried they’re not going to last. A bit disappointing for the price. But they look fabulous. The covers are washable, which is excellent. But I’m going to keep my eye on them. Really don’t want to have to return them!
Service: I was very pleased with my purchases. The items were well packaged and delivery was responsibly quick. I’m concerned the frame of the chairs isn’t as sturdy as expected. I’ll be keeping an eye on them. But everything looks lovely!
