From the success of our first Colwell Sofa Set, we’ve expanded the collection into versatile pieces to complement gardens big and small. One of the newest members is the Colwell Armchairs, a perfect his and hers pair. Match with the Colwell Coffee Table to hold a warming cuppa or glass of fizz. The vertical design has a nautical feel mixed with mid-century legs, that we think would look perfect in seaside and countryside gardens. Plus, with a scatter cushion and a comfy seat pad, you’ll want to stay there all day (which is no bad thing).

If you have purchased an item that requires Two-Man delivery, such as our larger furniture items, you will receive a phone call ahead of delivery to discuss arrangements. However, following latest government advice and in order to protect our team and our customers, for deliveries from Thursday November 5th we will only be able to delivery to the doorway, hallway or outside location. We will no longer to be able to deliver to your room of choice and assembly services at this time will be suspended pending further updates. Two-Man collections from customers’ homes will also follow the same guidelines, any items for collection will need to be brought to the doorway for our teams to collect. Customers will not be asked to sign for deliveries at this time and the teams will sign on their behalf. We thank you for your support and understanding at this time. Pre-order items will be delivered up to 14 days after the date specified at the time of ordering. Pre-order dates are subject to change, for an updated date of arrival please contact our customer services team directly.

To support our customers who are self-isolating, we have extended our returns period to 60 days. All we ask is that you return the goods in all their original packaging and condition, including the outer box and in a re sell-able condition. We are not able to issue refunds for goods that are not returned in a re sell-able condition. Please note, returns charges may be applicable dependent on the item(s) you are returning. Product FUPL03: Very comfy and stylish but you need an extra cushion - as pictured. They only came with one cushion.
Service: The speed was impressive and we love the goods. However, I did reply to an email saying that I had seen the chairs on the Sarah Raven website for £50 less - only 3 days after purchasing directly from Garden Trading. That day I got the delivery information and I never heard any more. In addition, for the price of the chairs, you could have provided the additional cushion as pictured. The chairs need another cushion and it is misleading - even though it was in the small print.

Service: Very unhelpful and reluctant service from lady in store. Drove a significant way to visit the showroom and it was almost like I was doing the sales person a favour by considering a purchase. Begrudgingly showed me some items, sat at the computer the whole time without ensuring I had found what I was looking for and made to feel like a nuisance. Non-existent customer service; truly one of the worst I have received in a while! Was so appalled I refused to buy from Garden Trading. Please train your staff so they have some basic customer service skills!
