Delivery Costs:
Standard UK Delivery takes 3-5 working days. Next Day orders must be placed before midday for delivery the following working day. If a Next Day order is placed after midday on a Friday, or over a weekend, delivery will take place the following Tuesday. Named day delivery can be placed up to 2 weeks in the future.
Pre-order items will be delivered on the date specified at the time of ordering. Pre-order dates are subject to change, for an updated date of arrival please contact our customer services team directly.

Returns:
You have 28 days from the date of receipt to return your goods to us. All we ask is that you return the goods in all their original packaging and condition, including the outer box and in a re sell-able condition. We are not able to issue refunds for goods that are not returned in a re sell-able condition. Please note, returns charges may be applicable dependent on the item(s) you are returning. Product RDCO03: GT-2449815 was damaged on arrival. Lid of the tray was pushed out shape. The colour was also not as advertised. It was adverised as charcoal and the colour of the product received was mid grey.
Service: Very good on delivery information. Product itself arrived damaged (mis-shapen top - pushed out of shape). Also product described as charcoal, which is why I bought it and it is in fact a mid grey.

Service: Ordered this item on next day delivery, paying a little extra for this service. The table eventually turned up four days later, there had been a problem with their system. Express delivery fee was refunded but that was all. Product is nice enough but the colour is not as described/shown on their website.
Product RDCO03: Lovely side table. Colour is as described, a mid grey. It’s light weight but sturdy to use. Easy assembly. The tray feature is fab & has a good surface area.
