Delivery Costs:
Standard UK Delivery takes 3-5 working days. Next Day orders must be placed before midday for delivery the following working day. If a Next Day order is placed after midday on a Friday, or over a weekend, delivery will take place the following Tuesday. Named day delivery can be placed up to 2 weeks in the future.
Pre-order items will be delivered on the date specified at the time of ordering. Pre-order dates are subject to change, for an updated date of arrival please contact our customer services team directly.

You have 28 days from the date of receipt to return your goods to us. All we ask is that you return the goods in all their original packaging and condition, including the outer box and in a re sell-able condition. We are not able to issue refunds for goods that are not returned in a re sell-able condition. Please note, returns charges may be applicable dependent on the item(s) you are returning. The only Blue colourway we supply our Bistro Set in is our Lulworth Blue colour. The Pantone reference for this colour is 18-3922.
Product RDCL02: The Bistro set is very well made and easy to use. I am pleased to find that it is as weatherproof as might reasonably be expected. The articles take up very little space when folded and are therefore easy to store out of season.I have seen other furniture of a similar appearance but without the quality of those I have bought from Garden Trading. Well done!

Service: All fine and efficient but one of the tables arrived with a dent in it. It had clearly been damaged in transit as the box was damaged.

Service: Sadly they messed up that we ordered weekend delivery and booked it for Monday Instead, but they we're quick to try and correct the error and did refund the entire shipping cost when it wasn't possible to change anymore.

It would have been reassuring to have an email confirming the order, & information about the delivery firm, & when it arrived , information about your returns policy ( there was no paperwork with the furniture)
