Delivery Costs:
Standard UK Delivery takes 3-5 working days. Next Day orders must be placed before midday for delivery the following working day. If a Next Day order is placed after midday on a Friday, or over a weekend, delivery will take place the following Tuesday. Named day delivery can be placed up to 2 weeks in the future.
Pre-order items will be delivered on the date specified at the time of ordering. Pre-order dates are subject to change, for an updated date of arrival please contact our customer services team directly.

Returns:
You can return items to us within 14 working days of receipt. All we ask is that you return the goods in all their original packaging and condition, including the outer box and in a re sell-able condition. I recently purchased a Wooden outdoor Aldworth storage box which was broken at the wooden that supports the right hand hinge.
Would it be possible to be contacted to get a replacement?
We have kept it inside the flat this time.
The other items were great.

Service: Service pretty limited because of covid 19, they wouldn't bring the garden storage around the back even though access was clear and they wouldn't take away any packaging, not sure if that was to do with covid 19 but they could have unwrapped in the drive and taken the packaging away before we had contact.
Product VSWO01: We bought two to put back to back as a rustic coffee table in our garden room but it also serves as perfect storage for our apples! It’s a win win product!

Product VSWO01: I have been eyeing this up for over a year and decided it would be perfect for my needs. I was,however,extremely disappointed with the quality considering the price, definitely not worth £100.It is hammered and screwed together roughly,no joints.I had read previous reviews which were mixed but had hoped these had been listened to and acted upon. My husband told me to return it but the returns postage was too expensive and,as a consequence,we are keeping it.

Product VSWO01: This piece was damaged by tape used to secure it for carriage not sure if I would recommend this piece as a few of the screws are not flush
