Delivery Costs:

If you have purchased an item that requires courier delivery, such as our larger furniture items, you will receive a phone call ahead of delivery to discuss arrangements.  However, following latest government advice and in order to protect our team and our customers, for deliveries from Thursday November 5^th  we will only be able to delivery to the doorway, hallway or outside location. We will no longer to be able to deliver to your room of choice and assembly services at this time will be suspended pending further updates.  Courier collections from customers’ homes will also follow the same guidelines, any items for collection will need to be brought to the doorway for our teams to collect.  Customers will not be asked to sign for deliveries at this time and the teams will sign on their behalf. Pre-order items will be delivered up to 14 days after the date specified at the time of ordering. Pre-order dates are subject to change, for an updated date of arrival please contact our customer services team directly.

Returns:

You have 28 days from the date of receipt to return your goods to us. All we ask is that you return the goods in all their original packaging and condition, including the outer box and in a re sell-able condition. We are not able to issue refunds for goods that are not returned in a re sell-able condition. Please note, returns charges may be applicable dependent on the item(s) you are returning.
