Delivery Costs:
If you have purchased an item that requires courier delivery, such as our larger furniture items, you will receive a phone call ahead of delivery to discuss arrangements. However, following latest government advice and in order to protect our team and our customers, for deliveries from Thursday November 5th we will only be able to delivery to the doorway, hallway or outside location. We will no longer to be able to deliver to your room of choice and assembly services at this time will be suspended pending further updates. Courier collections from customers’ homes will also follow the same guidelines, any items for collection will need to be brought to the doorway for our teams to collect. Customers will not be asked to sign for deliveries at this time and the teams will sign on their behalf. We thank you for your support and understanding at this time. Returns:
To support our customers who are self-isolating, we have extended our returns period to 60 days. All we ask is that you return the goods in all their original packaging and condition, including the outer box and in a re sell-able condition. We are not able to issue refunds for goods that are not returned in a re sell-able condition. Please note, returns charges may be applicable dependent on the item(s) you are returning.
