Returns:
You can return items to us within 14 working days of receipt. All we ask is that you return the goods in all their original packaging and condition, including the outer box and in a re sell-able condition. The seats cannot be stacked once assembled.

Service: Products are great but delivery wasn’t confirmed beforehand, we were away (so did need to know!) and the delivery company left what was a huge box outside our back door. When we got back it was soaked and had obviously been damaged in transit. The chairs are luckily ok but great products completely let down by poor service once shipped

Service: I love the Garden Trading product line and have ordered fabulous pots and chairs recently. Unfortunately the Hanging Nest Chair broke 3 days after arriving which is very disappointing after waiting 2 months for it to arrive. However, the aftercare response has been very good.
Product CHRA03: I am pleased with the look of these chairs, however, we did have trouble assembling them as not all four screw holes on the chairs lined up with the lugs on the metal legs which meant that we had to use a drill to grind off a little bit on the inside of one of the lugs to get the screw in. This was the case with both chairs.
