Delivery Costs:
Standard UK Delivery takes 3-5 working days. Next Day orders must be placed before midday for delivery the following working day. If a Next Day order is placed after midday on a Friday, or over a weekend, delivery will take place the following Tuesday. Named day delivery can be placed up to 2 weeks in the future.
Pre-order items will be delivered on the date specified at the time of ordering. Pre-order dates are subject to change, for an updated date of arrival please contact our customer services team directly.

You can return items to us within 14 working days of receipt. All we ask is that you return the goods in all their original packaging and condition, including the outer box and in a re sell-able condition. We are not able to issue refunds for goods that are not returned in a re sell-able condition. Please note, returns charges may be applicable dependent on the item(s) you are returning. Product TRWO09: tray is a great size and good quality but the finish on the stand is not as good.

Product TRWO09: The side table perfectly matches the coffee table also purchased. It’s a great width so sits well at the side of a deep sofa. Room for a lamp and plenty of space for a cup of tea and a huge plate of cake! The wooden tray is solid heavy oak and beautifully made. Very happy!
