Customer Service Specialist

We currently have a vacancy for a competent and experienced Customer Service Specialist to join our ever-growing vibrant team.

This is a full-time role working Monday – Friday, 9.00am to 5.30pm.

Job Duties will include, but are not limited to:

  • Taking inbound phone calls from trade and retail customers to answer any queries or take orders
  • Dealing with customer complaints effectively and efficiently
  • Accurately processing orders
  • Assisting with managing customer returns
  • Ensuring customer service & sales email inbox queries are answered quickly and effectively
  • Provide administrative support to key account managers
  • Assisting at trade shows when required

To be successful in this role you will be a professional, motivated and confident individual with a 'can-do' attitude, and a minimum 1 year experience within Customer Services. Excellent written and verbal communication skills are essential. A strong knowledge of Microsoft Excel is preferred but not essential.

We exhibit at trade shows in France every year, and therefore a basic level of French speaking would be desired, but again, is not essential.
