Delivery Costs:
Standard UK Delivery takes 3-5 working days. Next Day orders must be placed before midday for delivery the following working day. If a Next Day order is placed after midday on a Friday, or over a weekend, delivery will take place the following Tuesday. Named day delivery can be placed up to 2 weeks in the future.
Pre-order items will be delivered on the date specified at the time of ordering. Pre-order dates are subject to change, for an updated date of arrival please contact our customer services team directly.

Returns:
You have 28 days from the date of receipt to return your goods to us. All we ask is that you return the goods in all their original packaging and condition, including the outer box and in a re sell-able condition. We are not able to issue refunds for goods that are not returned in a re sell-able condition. Please note, returns charges may be applicable dependent on the item(s) you are returning. Love the products this company offers. Received a couple of faulty items in the two orders that have been received and a missing item and all queries have been dealt with speedily and rectified.
Product TSIV01: Perfect tree topper for elegant tree, nice and light and put on top of a real 7 foot tree that I wasn’t sure would take the weight of something too heavy without bending.. no worries as sits up there straight and sturdy.
