18-Apr-2013	Bad	After fitting the light fitment one of the shade caps was faulty and therefore the corresponding glass shade could not be fitted. Had to take it all down again.

Q. Can you confirm if the bulb fitting is screw or bayonet type please?: A. All of our light fittings take a screw in bulb.
Q. On the Trio of Paris ceiling light, what is the recommended way of shortening the cables please. Thank You.: A. To shorten the cables you can pull them through the top of the metal ceiling bar and then adjust accordingly.
Q. can this light be used in a bathroom?: A. We haven't tested any of our lights in a bathroom therefore I cannot offer any guarantee that these lights would be suitable for this use.
Q. I am looking at the Paris pendant light and trio light for our kitchen which is in a barn conversion, I need them to hang to 3m in length, is this possible? Thanks: A. I am afraid the maximum drop for the Paris Pendant Light is 1.5m and the Trio is 1m.
Q. Will this light just fit into a regular light fitting, or does it need to be put in professionally with extra power points? Thanks: A. This light wires in just like a normal light into a regular fitting.No extra power points are required.
Q. Can the length be adjusted: A. The length of the cable can be adjusted before being fitted.
Q. can they be dimmed with dimmer switch: A. This light can be fitted with a dimmer switch however this is not supplied.
Q. The finish looks like bronze or brass on the site, it this accurate or is it Nickle or silver tone. Also do you ship to canada: A. These lights are finished in Nickel coated Steel.
