06-May-2013	Poor	One of the seat pad frames was broken so the seat was unusable. The woven seat pad material (rushes?) was frayed in places. Paintwork to the frame had been applied unevenly and was chipped/damaged.

Q. Hello I have this bench and I love it but am aware that the wicker might scratch up the Dolphin Grey - please could you tell me what the brand is so that I can colour match it just in case? Many thanks: A. All of our colours are created just for Garden Trading and an exact match cannot be purchased in stores.
Q. Hi, I am interested in your small wicker storage seat but was just wondering if it comes in cream or only grey.. Also if you have them back in stock again now, or if not, when. Many thanks: A. This item is only available in the one colour which is a grey colour. We do not currently have this in stock however we are expecting more on Friday 22nd March.

If we do go ahead and place an order would you be willing to let us know the make and colour of the paint so we can paint some coat hooks to match? Many thanks Tim Smissen: A. All of our colours are specially made for Garden Trading therefore they cannot be purchased in stores. The only way to create a similar colour would be to make a paint match in a DIY store.
