Clever hallway Storage ideas

27 February 2013

We all would like a spacious hallway with plenty of valuable storage space to keep our shoes, coats and schoolbags organised and clutter free. It is the often the smallest room of the house and most difficult room to furnish, yet storage space is fundamental. The hall also sets the tone for the rest of the house; therefore it is important to put thought into organising this space.

When space is short, our furniture needs to work twice as hard. Make the most of your hallway with our handy wicker storage bench with wicker baskets, it doubles up as an occasionally seating area whilst also keeping your shoes neat and tidy. It’s also great to hide all manner of sins and store your children’s bit and bobs, paperwork and post.

Our storage bench is crafted from spruce and comes with 3 handy wicker baskets finished in a Dolphin Grey wash and 3 raffia seat pads for the occasional seat for putting your shoes on.  It has plenty of room to store all your shoes, scarves and gloves. £165. Small wicker storage seat also available. £135.00.

Our new durable Oxford storage bench is build from Raw Oak, it is hard wearing and robust and can maintain its structure for years to come.

The Oxford Raw Oak storage bench can be sold with a choice of red or blue striped seat pads for added comfort. £450 plus an additional £80.00 for the cushion.

To prolong the products life, we recommend that you apply a hard wax oil treatment and thereafter on an annual basis.

Each piece of Oak is carefully selected, the smooth surfaces and visible wood grain adds to the characteristic of this material.
